Okay so I had been waiting to go into Paris and really see what the city was like and man was I floored when I finally got there. We walked out of the metro station and when I looked to my left I was like OHHHH MYYYYY GOSHHHH..there it was.. the eiffel tower, it was huge and real and I was in my own little fantasy world of fabulouness. We had lunch at a little cafe and people watched. I was amazed at the food everything was like art, and I loved it. We ended up getting on a double decker bus..(I recommend everyone do that, its a great way to see the city) and I shot the city from up there, the city is alive and has this buzz like electricity, it was so awesome to see and know that I was really there. The artchiteture is un-be-liv-able.. everything is old and full of meaning, I kept thinking to myself I wonder whose hands created all of this? It was really intricate and perfect the gold in the city is like icing on the top of a perfect cake and I just wanted to eat it all up. The second part of the city was a shoot for some friends of my friends and it was inside a parisian apartment. The parisian apartments are not like America at all they are old but well kept full of personality and character, with round corridors and lots of neat little rooms. They have mouldings that make the room so much more ornate and balconys that overlook the streets of the city. Some of my favorite shots from this session were of the two little girls watching the street traffic throught the wrought iron rails. It made me think that this is there little world, what they know and see everyday, what an amazing experience for these babies. They know the city, eat baguettes and speak 3 languages. I cant say it enough, its mind blowing at how smart and applied the children are over there. I just want to say thank you to Jenn and Deves for having me in your home to shoot these amazing pictures of these remarkable little children. Okay so my second shoot from France was a family from a local suburb Le Vesinet. I met up with the P family to shoot some updated pictures of these little sweet girls and some family shots. I was so blown away by how smart these babies were, they spoke 3 languages and were very charming and social. I loved being able to see a little bit of what life was like for a family living in France. It amazes me the differnce in culture and life, I absolutely loved it and cant wait to go back. Okay soooooooo I have been gone from the blog for soooo long and its been an amazing month and then some, as many of you know I was blessed enough to be able to extend my services across the atlantic to Paris France, Greece, and Holland. While I was away I was photographing some of my favorite people but also in what I believe to be one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. As soon as I got to Paris I dropped my cases and we headed off to Versailles many of you may know  that this was where Marie Antionette resided and it was breathtaking. The castle was huge ornate and magestic and the gardens…oh the gardens!!! It was simply the most amazing this I have ever seen. We took some time to drive around the grounds in  a golf cart and were able to shoot a bunch of really great stuff. They had pony rides, paddleboats, little cafes where you could sit and people watch the whole day was awesome. Okay so last week I met up with one of my longtime friends to shoot some updated family pics with her hubby and her baby boy, who really isn’t that much of a baby anymore..so sad but what he is now..is a dirt loving, tree climbing all around rowdy boy, and I love it. I say it all the time but this is really a perfect example of how kids are so happy just being kids, my favorite pictures of my boy are not posed but instead them just being themselves and having fun. I love it, there is so much innocence there, and it makes my heart smile. Tiff I love you, and I hope that you like your teaser of your beautiful family! XOXO,

Hey everyone,

So im trying to get all my loose ends tied up before my trip to Paris, which is only a few weeks away, I have been editing and shooting like a crazy person, and needless to say the blog has been very quiet lately, but today I can stop in a post a few shoots. I met up with this family to shoot some pics of little sweet little girl Cooper. Je suis donc d’arrêt pour pouvoir poster un teaser pour une famille qui tient une place très spéciale dans mon coeur. J’ai rencontré Origianlly Lisa, la maman, par e-mail quand elle était de rester au lit en attendant l’arrivée de cette petite fille douce, elle vivait à Paris et a été la recherche d’un photographe pour quand elle est revenue en Floride et elle m’a trouvé, ou vais-je dire que Dieu nous a permis de se rencontrer. J’aime quand Dieu interceeds et permet aux gens de venir dans votre vie et c’est exactement ce qui s’est passé, j’ai passé beaucoup de temps avec cette famille et tout ce que je peux dire, c’est que je suis étonné et je les aime tellement. Ils sont bons et généreux et affectueux, ils ont un sens aigu de la famille et j’adore absolument chacun d’eux, je ne peux pas attendre de passer quelque temps en France avec eux et de capturer des souvenirs qui seraient perdus autrement. J’espère que vous aimez votre teaser, même si son un peu en retard. Beaucoup d’amour va à chacun vous! XOXO,

So the last time I met up with Lisa and her family was to take some pictures of a growing belly, and  last week I went over to  update the  family picture that I shot at her maternity session becuase we have a little Brendan addition that hasnt had his close up yet..well I took care of that! I just love this family, the kids are wonderful and so smart, and the parents are awesome, and little Brendan is a wonderful addition and can we please talk about his lashes??? SO here is a session that I did for the A family,  the first thing that usually comes up in a phone consultation is the question: ” what should we wear” now for me the answer is simple, I say ” You should wear what reflects your personalilty as a family” and for me as an artist, that is what I love about family pictures, people just being who they are… if you like jeans and Guy Harvey shirts then own it, these are the things that give family pictures personality, and tell your story. I am stopping in quickly before I run out the door for another fun shoot to post a teaser for Amber and family! I met up with them to shoot some family pics an some of just her and her hunny, and when they got there, I made a few observations…a.) she is gorgeous! I could photograph her all day her smile and her eyes, and her super cool star tattoos, love everything about this girl and she has the best laugh! b.) The babies…OMG…are they not just the cutest, that little one was such a ham, I could just bite those little cheekies! and last but not least c.) family is awesome, how amazing is it that woman and men find eachother and have children and then family is created.
